Our Chef is personally present in the kitchen and guarantees the good quality. The meat from Switzerland is prepared in various ways, f. ex. our hits: Pork steak with different salads or horse filet steak Bourgignonne. Crispy salads, vegetable plates or delicious fish belong of course to our culinary proposals same as our house made "Knoblibrot" (garlic bread) served to the aperitif.
You should absolutely not miss our Thursday evening; during summer we offer a barbecue with fish and meat preparations and during winter we offer our „Raclette à discrétion“.
Our kitchen is equipped at cutting-edge technology and also provides our hotel the necessary warmth for hot water.
